Our Floors
Ground Floor
The ground floor conveniently groups together all common rooms and amenities for everyone to benefit from and enjoy. It contains a practical open kitchen, adjacent to a well lit dinning room, also adjacent to a large Living room full of comfortable leather couches, a Baxter Pouf, a Natuzzi seat, a Fireplace and a huge beautiful glass façade which brings in warm sunlight and beautiful views. It also includes a cozy TV and PSP Room.

First Floor
The first floor has four spacious bedrooms and two shared bathrooms and one MBR with private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds each, with some couches and practical furniture. The two other bedrooms have one double bed each, also with some couches and furniture. The configuration of any room can be changed and adjusted as per your needs and requirements, whether it’s the type of bed, quantity of beds, furniture, or anything else.
Total of four bedrooms:
One Master Bedroom (MBR) with a private bathroom
Three additional bedrooms sharing two common bathrooms

Second Floor
• The second floor has a large bedroom with six large single beds and a private bathroom.
• The floor also features a games room with table football, a pool table, and table hockey.
• An infra red sauna and bathroom are also located on the second floor.

Our fully equipped, spacious kitchen comes with all the essential utensils and appliances, making it a joy for guests to cook, create, and savor homemade meals.
Wonderful large garden
Step out onto one of terraces to enjoy a sunny lunch under the pergola with a lovely view, or to play a game of pingpong, have a BBQ, or sit around the fire pit in the evening. A play ground and trampoline make the fun for kids complete

With its oversized windows, cozy fireplace, and luxurious leather seating, this living room is the ultimate spot to relax, unwind, and spend quality time with friends and family.
